Growth Marketing Lead

You'll own growth end to end — the performance and lifecycle campaigns that bring merchants to Bamudda, the SEO and content strategy that compounds over time, and the referral loops that turn happy sellers into new ones.

You'll run experiments, read the data, and double down on what works. Hybrid role based in Kampala.

What you'll do

Run performance and lifecycle campaigns end to end
Own SEO/content strategy for merchant acquisition
Build referral and partner growth loops
Instrument the funnel and run growth experiments

What you'll bring

4+ years growth marketing on SaaS or marketplaces
Data-driven and comfortable owning targets
Strong writing and channel fundamentals
