You'll learn modern growth marketing hands-on: helping run campaigns, drafting content, supporting SEO, and setting up experiments with a mentor's guidance. You'll see what actually moves a funnel.

You'll use AI writing and research tools throughout to work faster. Remote within Uganda; open to students and early-career marketers.

Support campaigns, content and SEO tasks
Help set up and read growth experiments
Draft copy and creative with AI, then refine
Learn the analytics behind the funnel

What you'll bring

Strong writing and a curious, data-friendly mindset
Eagerness to learn growth fundamentals fast
Any marketing or social experience is a plus
