Partnerships & Sales Lead

You'll open the doors that bring sellers to Bamudda at scale — telcos, banks, associations, distributors and cooperatives. You'll close strategic partnerships and build the early SME field-sales playbook and team.

This is a relationship and hustle role for someone who knows the East African market. On-site in Kampala with travel.

What you'll do

  • Close strategic partnerships (telcos, banks, associations)
  • Build the SME field-sales playbook and early team
  • Own a pipeline of distributors and cooperatives
  • Represent Bamudda to partners and at events

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years B2B sales or partnerships in East Africa
  • A strong network and a closing mindset
  • Willingness to travel across the region
