You'll open the doors that bring sellers to Bamudda at scale — telcos, banks, associations, distributors and cooperatives. You'll close strategic partnerships and build the early SME field-sales playbook and team.
This is a relationship and hustle role for someone who knows the East African market. On-site in Kampala with travel.
What you'll do
- Close strategic partnerships (telcos, banks, associations)
- Build the SME field-sales playbook and early team
- Own a pipeline of distributors and cooperatives
- Represent Bamudda to partners and at events
What you'll bring
- 4+ years B2B sales or partnerships in East Africa
- A strong network and a closing mindset
- Willingness to travel across the region
