You'll make Bamudda a place that attracts and keeps great people across Uganda and remote. Hybrid role based in Kampala.

- Own hiring pipelines for all open roles
- Set up onboarding, reviews and people operations
- Nurture culture across on-site and remote teams
- Own people policies and employee experience
What you'll bring
- 3+ years talent/people roles at fast-growing companies
- Strong judgement and empathy
- Organised, trustworthy and proactive
