Product Manager

You'll own discovery and delivery for core parts of the product — talking to merchants across East Africa, finding the sharp problems, and turning them into crisp specs the team can ship. You'll prioritise ruthlessly with the CEO and CTO and drive launches end to end.
You'll measure what you ship and feed the learning back into the roadmap. Hybrid role based in Kampala.
What you'll do

- Define success metrics and review outcomes after launch
What you'll bring
- 3+ years product management on B2B or commerce products
- Strong written communication and prioritisation
- Comfort talking to merchants and reading data
